Cancellation Information

All freezes and cancellations must be submitted by request to info@ofcfitness.com outside 2 weeks prior to the next billing cycle. Our Freeze policy allows members to place their membership on hold for up to 3 months each calendar year without penalty. Our management team will respond within 1 business day to process freeze/cancellation requests.
