01.Do I need to know how to box prior to my first class?
No, we provide instruction to give you the basics before your first class and you continue to improve skills over time.
02.Do I need my own gear before Class?
No, we provide gloves and wraps for your free trial classes, but we do require you to have your own gloves and wraps outside your trial. You are able but are not required to purchase gloves and wraps in house.
03.What is MyZONE?
Simply put, a Myzone device is a heart rate tracker, an app, and in-gym software, that rewards you for physical activity, and provides accurate live heart rate feedback by tracking your workout intensity, allowing you to improve your performance, and achieve your fitness goals faster.
04.What do I need to bring for my first class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. You will sweat. Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude to ensure you have a great experience.
05.Are there age limitations?
Our Adult classes are for anyone 13 and older. Kids classes are for ages 8-12. Any specific questions can be emailed to info@ofcfitness.com
06.What if I have an injury or have never worked out?
We can modify anything in our classes to your specific needs or requirements. We meet you where you are physically.
07.Do I learn how to fight?
You will gain skills and knowledge attributed to boxing and kickboxing, but we do not prep fighters for competition. We are a non-contact workout facility meaning you do not get hit back. We can assist with skills and fitness levels. We are all about fitness. Personal training with one of our expert coaches may provide you with more advanced knowledge and skills. 08.Do I get hit in class?
We are Omni Fight Club, however we do not fight. You do all the hitting. We may train you like a fighter and you do get to punch and kick bags and pads with our coaches but we are a non-contact workout workout facility.
09.How do I get more information on Personal Training?
Ask us in house or through email info@ofcfitness for more information. All of our one-on-one sessions are outside of our normal class times found online.
