Get ready for eight 4 minute rounds that will have you sweating, smiling, and wondering how the time flew by. You will hit heavy bags, throw some kicks, and move through rounds that blend boxing, strength, and conditioning so the workout never feels the same twice. With Myzone heart rate tracking up on the screens, you can see your effort in real time and know when to push and when to breathe. In this high energy boxing workout you will find yourself firing up your core one minute and slipping punches the next like you are in your own movie montage. It is boxing, kickboxing, and full body training with good music, great people, and zero ego.


Monday

LOWER POWER + KICK

Start the week off strong (and maybe question your life choices halfway through). Our Lower Power + Kick class is a leg-day knockout that mixes heavy bag rounds with lower-body strength circuits to fire up your legs, glutes, and core. Expect squats, lunges, kettlebell swings, and kicks that make your quads cry a little. You’ll move through eight fast-paced rounds that blend power, balance, and cardio so you leave stronger, sweatier, and just a little afraid of tomorrow’s stairs.

Tuesday & Thursday

BOX + CONDITION

Heavy bag meets full-body burn (and a whole lot of sweat). Box + Condition mixes explosive bag rounds with strength and cardio circuits that hit every muscle group from head to toe. You’ll throw combos, drop into burpees, push through dumbbell presses, and test your lungs with jump squats and sprints. It’s high-energy, fast-moving, and the perfect midweek reset to keep you feeling unstoppable.

Wednesday

UPPER POWER + BOX

Time to flex up top and earn those sore shoulders. Upper Power + Box hits every major upper-body muscle with a mix of boxing rounds, presses, rows, and pushups that leave nothing untouched. You’ll throw sharp combos, crush dumbbell circuits, and feel that satisfying burn in your arms, chest, and back. It’s part strength, part sweat, and all confidence, so maybe don’t plan on raising your arms too high the day after.

Friday

ENDURANCE + KICKBOX

The grind before the weekend and the sweat you won’t regret. Endurance + Kickbox keeps your heart rate high with nonstop boxing and kickboxing intervals mixed with total-body strength and conditioning. You’ll punch, kick, squat, and push through rounds that test your stamina and mental grit. It’s the perfect mix of power and pace to help you finish the week strong and make that post-workout coffee hit just right.

BOX / KICKBOX + CONDITION

No alarms, no excuses, just good vibes and a whole lot of sweat. Box/Kickbox + Condition blends explosive bag rounds with strength and cardio circuits that hit every muscle from shoulders to calves. You’ll throw combos, fire off kicks, and power through dumbbell and bodyweight moves that keep your heart rate up and your energy high. It’s the perfect weekend kickoff that leaves you feeling strong, confident, and ready for whatever comes next.

Yes. You do not need experience, rhythm, or a perfect punch to jump in. Everything we do is instructor led, which means you will be guided through every round with simple cues and easy to follow coaching. In each boxing workout we break movements down so you learn as you go, and you can take everything at your own pace. Most of our first timers walk in a little nervous and walk out feeling confident, strong, and surprised by how fun the class actually is.

You can expect stronger muscles, better cardio, and a confidence boost that shows up in the rest of your life. Each boxing workout hits your entire body while keeping your heart rate up, which makes them one of the most efficient ways to get in shape. Over time you will notice faster reactions, improved endurance, clearer focus, and a leaner, more powerful feel in your daily movement. It is results-driven training without the boredom.

Each boxing workout runs 60 minutes and is broken into structured rounds that keep things moving fast. You will warm up, hit the bags, mix in strength and conditioning, and finish before you even realize how much work you put in. The pace keeps your mind engaged and your body challenged, which is why the workout feels quick even though you get a full body session every time.

Bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and whatever level of energy you have that day. We provide gloves for your first visit and will help you get everything set up before class starts. If you want to bring a friend for moral support, even better. Just show up ready to move and we will take care of the rest.
