Classes Descriptions

FTF Full Body (Mondays) – Leg day is filled with FUN challenging leg-burning moves designed to build a powerful foundation to maximize your health and fitness goals. This signature 48-minute Full Body circuit hits muscles under a strength training intent, balance, and tailored progression. Each class starts with a coach-led demo followed by a 4-minute tailored warm-up to complete the industry’s best 60-minute Full Body Workout.

Fun Tough Fitness AMRAP (Wednesdays) – Take accountability and empowerment to a new level! Work to complete as many rounds as you can in the 4-minute round while focusing on form and not time. This signature 48-minute circuit takes you from Contender to Champion. Each class starts with a coach-led demo followed by a 4-minute tailored warm-up to complete the industry’s best 60-minute AMRAP Workout.

 

Contender Circuit (Fridays) – For 60 total minutes, mix and match the best of both worlds with our bread-and-butter cardio kickboxing circuits and strength training rounds! For 48 minutes, get your pump on and kick some serious tail in this awesome 9 Round circuit packed with FUN. TOUGH. FITNESS.

 

FTF Join The Fight (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday) – Non-stop heart-pounding fitness kickboxing. Glove up and go round for round in our signature 48-minute Omni Cardio Circuit. Each class starts with a coach-led demo followed by a 4-minute tailored warm-up to complete the industry’s best 60-minute Cardio Workout!

 

**All classes have a 1 hour cancellation window and a ‘no-show’ policy

*If you have an unlimited membership, a late cancel will accrue a $10 charge to your card on file

*If you have the recurring Flexible Membership OR a class package, a late cancellation or no show will result in a loss of class.
