Coaches break down proper form and guide you through safe striking so that when you move into our HIIT workouts, you feel confident and ready. You can go at your own pace, take breaks when you need them, and scale everything to your comfort level. The goal is to help you learn, sweat, and have fun, not feel overwhelmed.

Our workout blends boxing, kickboxing, strength movements, core work, and cardio intervals into a full body fitness class that keeps you locked in. It is designed to build strength, boost stamina, and elevate overall conditioning, with HIIT workouts in the middle of each session to ramp up intensity and results. You will hit the bags, push through strength rounds, and crush cardio blocks in a way that feels challenging but still fun.

Each class is 60 minutes and designed to deliver a full training experience from warm up to cooldown. You will hit the bags, rotate through strength and cardio sections, and push through HIIT workouts in the middle of class before ending with recovery work. The quick pacing keeps you locked in and makes the hour move fast while still giving you a full body sweat.

No boxing experience is required. OFC classes are beginner friendly, and our coaches break down every movement so you always know what to do. They teach proper technique and guide you through safe striking before you dive into the HIIT workouts built into each session, giving you simple cues that build confidence fast. Whether it is your first workout or your fiftieth, you will feel supported and comfortable the whole way through.
