They guide you through proper form, simple combos, and safe progressions so you feel confident from your very first round. You can go at your own pace and take breaks when you need them, which is why so many people find our weight loss program easy to start and easy to stick with.

Our workout mixes boxing, kickboxing, strength training, core work, and cardio intervals into a high energy, full body fitness class. It is built to increase strength, boost stamina, improve power, and elevate your overall conditioning. You will hit bags, move through strength rounds, and grind through cardio blocks in a way that keeps the workout fun and effective, making it a key part of our weight loss program.

Each class is 60 minutes and structured to give you a complete training session from start to finish. You will warm up, hit the bags, and move through strength and cardio rounds as part of our weight loss program, then finish with a cooldown so your body can recover properly. The pace keeps you engaged and makes the hour go by quickly, even though you are getting a full body workout.

No boxing experience is required. OFC classes are beginner friendly, and our coaches break down every movement so you always know what to do. They demonstrate proper technique and guide you through safe striking as part of our weight loss program, giving you simple cues that build confidence fast. Whether it is your first workout or your fiftieth, you will feel supported and comfortable the whole way through.

Our studio is in Roswell off GA-400 and Holcomb Bridge Road. We’re located on Old Alabama Rd near the PGA Superstore.
